About the online marketplace, NEOKET
We wanted to create a marketplace atmosphere where fans can visit virtually from all over the world. NEOKET was designed to realize this dream and create a new style of meeting. Fans and creators will be able to gather in the same space, share their passions, and exchange ideas!

Accessing the NEOKET venue
You'll need to use the below application and an entry ticket to join NEOKET. Please be sure to set it up beforehand so things run smoothly on the day of the event!
NEOKET application for PC
This application is necessary to join NEOKET. It's free to download. * Please go here to learn more about the required PC specs.
NEOKET Entry Ticket
One is necessary to join the NEOKET world. You can get one for free. * You need an XRCloud account to get one.
- The link leads to XRCloud's website.
- Circle displays aren't available during NEOKET's pre-opening. Rather, entry is to get an idea of the venue, how to join it, etc.
Participate in NEOKET with your own avatar!
- NEOKET is a venue where you can join as your alter ego, in the form of a 3D avatar model.
- NEOKET is linked with VRoid Hub. This means you can upload your own original 3D avatar model (VMR) to VRoid Hub and join NEOKET with it.
- You don't need to have your own avatar! NEOKET offers several default avatars for you to use.

What can you do in the circle space?
Vendors' posters, works, and more are displayed in their circle space within the virtual venue.
You can chat with a circle's vendor in their circle space, as well as browse and make purchases! Feel free to chat with your favorite creators!
Works displayed in NEOKET are connected to BOOTH, where you can purchase them.
Things to remember
- NEOKET is a service offered by pixiv Inc., that's built in a platform offered by monoAI technology. Even when you're in NEOKET, please follow pixiv's Terms of Use.
- You can use avatars that are registered with VRoid Hub within NEOKET. Please make sure to follow the Terms for any avatar you'd like to use. Furthermore, please keep in mind that NEOKET doesn't permit R-15 or R-18 avatars.
- Photography and recording on an individual level are permitted within NEOKET for noncommercial purposes. For more details, please see our Media Policy. Please keep in mind that all participants may end up appearing in streams or videos.
- Please be aware that we may record and/or photograph within NEOKET for publicity and advertising purposes for future NEOKET events.

FAQ
Do I have to make my own 3D model to participate in NEOKET?
We've prepared a large number of default avatars for participants to choose from. You can easily join, even if you don't already have a 3D avatar of your own. Furthermore, you can bring your own 3D avatar (VRM) from VRoid Hub, since it's linked with NEOKET!
Can I join with my smartphone?
You cannot use a smartphone to participate in NEOKET. NEOKET is compatible with PCs (Win/Mac) and HMD sets (like the HTC VIVE. SteamVR compatibility under development).

I want to know the schedule for the day of the event
The schedule for the day of the event is as follows: Time and date: January 30th, 2021 (Sat), 12:00 - 18:00 JST Core time: January 30th, 2021 (Sat), 12:00 - 15:00 JST * During the core time (12:00 - 15:00 JST), we're asking circle vendors to spend as much time as possible in their circle space to interact and communicate with general participants. Circle exchange party: January 30th, 2021 (Sat), 18:30 - 20:00 JST * The circle exchange is an optional online party for circle participants only after the event. More details will be announced after the participating circles have been decided.
I don't understand how to communicate with other participants.
When you're near other participants, you can use voice chat, emotes, take photos, and more. The text chat is limited to an all-world chat display.
What happens if there's a problem between participants?
If there's a problem or someone needs assistance, please ask a nearby staff member.
