About circle space display items

You will need to register info, like BOOTH URLs, for items that will be displayed, like posters, ads, work images, etc, before your circle space can be built.

How to register your display

  1. Go to the circle display registration form
  2. Upload posters, ads, catalogues, work images, and sample works
  3. Select your table color, enter the BOOTH URLs for works in your display, and send
  • You can resubmit your information in the notice via the registration form as many times as you want after January 6th, 2021 (Wed) (planned).
  • The final submission deadline is January 11th, 2021 (Mon) at 23:59 JST.

What can you display in your circle space?

Posters (required)

  • 1,448 px (w) x 2,048 px (h)
  • png, jpg (up to 10 MB)
  • You can't use transparent background images

Cover images and photos of your work (required)

  • Over 1,024 px is recommended for the shortest side
  • png, jpg (up to 10 MB)
  • You can't use transparent background images
  • There's no limit on the aspect ratio or shape

Ads

  • Over 1,024 px is recommended for the shortest side
  • png, jpg (up to 10 MB)

Catalogues

I made a mistake registering my circle display

You can resubmit the content of your display via the registration form as many times as you want after January 6th, 2021 (Wed) (planned). The final submission deadline is January 11th, 2021 (Mon) at 23:59 JST. Please note, however, that after the deadline you won't be able to update or edit your display content. Keep this in mind.

What is the minimum needed to create my circle space?

1 poster image, 1 work image, and 1 BOOTH URL for a work is the minimum requirement.

Where should I ask questions I have about registering my display?

There is a Discord server for circle participants at NEOKET where exhibit questions are handled. The specifics about the Discord server will be sent via e-mail, so feel free to join.

How do I check to see what my circle space looks like virtually?

We plan to give circle participants the opportunity to check their circle space before NEOKET is held.

I registered a catalogue as a PDF file, but is it possible to register it as an ad image?

Depending on the size of the text and resolution, it may be difficult to read work covers and ad images displayed virtually. In order to protect the catalogue from problems like this, we ask that you register it as a PDF. However, it is not explicitly against the rules to have a catalogue registered as an ad for decorating your circle space.
